About Haus of Technique
Haus of Technique (H.O.T.) was founded by a former collegiate gymnast and coach with over 18 years of experience across elite, optional, collegiate, and Xcel gymnastics. Her belief is simple: every gymnast deserves training that sees them as an individual, not a number on a roster. After nearly two decades coaching within traditional large-roster programs, our founder set out to build something different — a boutique academy where technical precision and artistic expression are given equal weight, and where an athlete's growth is measured in mastery, not just medal count.
Where We Are Today
H.O.T. is currently in its foundational build-out phase. As we work toward opening our own dedicated gymnastics home, we are offering private lessons exclusively — a deliberate choice that allows our highly trained staff to give each athlete hands-on, individualized attention during this critical stage of skill development. This focused approach is already showing results: the majority of our current gymnasts have placed in the top 5 in the state at the Georgia State Gymnastics Championships.
Where We're Headed
As H.O.T. grows into its own facility, our private-lesson foundation will expand into a full boutique program — small-group and team training built on the same principles that define us today: individualized coaching, technical rigor, and artistic development. Every gymnast who walks through our doors, now and in the future, will be trained with the same philosophy: precision meets power.
